There are schools of all sorts up and down both those trails. There must be over a dozen on the Iron Horse Trail, and I noticed a few on the CCCT too.
As I was riding on Friday I thought, "Wow, it sure would have been cool to have a trail like this going back and forth to my school when I was growing up." I guess you got to enjoy that exact thing.
