Book Done, Cat Sick, Shannon Tired
Mar. 30th, 2011 12:18 amThe History Book is again off and out to Mongoose. After a month's more work, a lot more industry comments have been put in and two more articles written. I've also given my first interview on the book.
I had a list of exciting additional stuff that I wanted to do with that extra month I was given to incorporate those final comments, but I've ended up pretty burned out after spending a month more than I expected, so I just kept to the necessities. Which leaves plenty of bonus articles for a new RPGnet column when the book is published.
My burn-out is not just due to the book. I've also had the slightest hint of Kimberly's cold, which has mostly left me cranky and tired. And Cobweb has stopped eating entirely and we think she might be headed to kidney failure. And I've just done the hard part of a stressful upgrade of RPGnet's forums. And I have to start on our taxes now. And we'll have the family gauntlet in the next week (as Appels and Wiedlins alike most kindly help to celebrate Kimberly & me getting older.)
Whew.
But:
I C -----> TUNNEL --------> LIGHT!
